Monday & Fridays

Forge forms the bedrock of our program, incorporating classical strength and conditioning principles to build the primary athletic qualities of strength, power, speed, and endurance. This class incorporates diverse training methodologies tailored to the current phase of the programme, ensuring purposeful progression and balanced development.

Capacity

Tuesday’s

Capacity is all about enhancing your energy systems, improving efficiency and endurance so you can push harder and accomplish more in every workout. This class combines targeted aerobic and anaerobic training techniques to build the stamina necessary for peak performance.

Grit

Wednesday’s

Midway through the week is where we go heavy. Grit is our strength big strength class, focused on developing maximal strength and lean muscle mas to help support your training and performance. 

Learn safe and proper technique for a variety of compound lifts, reduce your risk of injury and come out feeling strength and more confident than every before.

Motion

Thursday’s

Motion focuses on refining your ability to move efficiently and effectively through space. With a strong emphasis on coordination, balance, and body control, this class incorporates gymnastic, calisthenic, animal flow and yoga with an athletic focus to enhance mobility and agility and confidence in all aspects of movement.

HYROX

Tuesday 18:30 & Thursday 06:00 & 18:30

HYROX is the fitness race taking the world by storm! Whether you’re signed up for a race or not, at Endeavour, we approach training for HYROX like you would for any other sport. We focus on improving running mechanics to help enhance running speed and efficiency, as well as event specific skill development to ensure you are fully prepared to give it your best for your HYROX event!

Endeavour is where you truly test your limits. This class pushes your physical and mental boundaries with challenging workouts that foster teamwork and camaraderie.
